I am very picky about flowers, being a flower gardener myself. When my mother passed awayfrom a short battle with cancer, I wanted the flowers to be "just right" since we had a closed casket. My mother was a flower lover too, so it was very important to me that the flowers were beautiful for her service. Fairytale Florals was suggested to me over Tipton and Hurst. My first impression of the shop was "Wow". I could tell Scott was very creative. That's what I was looking for, creative and not run of the mill. I showed Scott pictures of arrangements on Pintrest that I liked. I told him my mothers casket was red and we needed to make sure the flowers coordinated with the casket. I ordered $700 worth of flowers from Fairytale Florals, but after reading the reviews, I got nervous. When I walked into the funeral home last night, I smiled because they were perfect. The flowers were more lovely than I could have imagined. They were exactly what I asked for. Everyone at the visitation commented on how beautiful they were. I live in NLR and the service was in Benton. The flowers were on time with only a $15.00 delivery fee. I wanted my mother to have the best in death since she didn't have the best in life. She deserved the best, and she got it! BRAVO SCOTT, BRAVO. Thank you!

PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They are essentially committing theft. I am out of state and ordered the gourmet basket for my father’s birthday. Item was not delivered on time and what was delivered consisted of a basket filled with apples. Please refer to the pictures below. Further, the person I spoke to on the phone refused to refund my money, was very abrasive, and eventually hung up on me. Employee would not answer the phone thereafter. Please read other reviews that are similar to mine below. Will be reporting to the better business bureau and have been left to report this charge as fraudulent. Please check other reviews before using this vendor. Similar reviews have been left on Yelp and The Knot. Similar complaints have been filed before and others have had to resolve to filing with the BBB.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this shop! I needed several arrangements of beautiful flowers in a pinch for a difficult situation, and Fairy Tale really came through. The arrangements were some of the prettiest I’ve ever seen, and Stacy was so kind and empathetic. I wish I had pictures of everything; here are a couple. I also wish I had found them years ago; I will go to Fairy Tale from now on!
