I have worked with owner Janalyn and HodgePodge for over 8 years and have never been disappointed with anything she creates! I have used her for a lot of my non-profit clients and they love her ability to create something new for their larger events and Galas. I enjoy working with her because she is always able to run with my vision for my client's events along with keeping in mind their budgets! So important to me as a planner. I highly recommend HodgePodge for all your floral and gift needs!
I ordered a succulent arrangement on teleflora. Total cost was $110. What I received was ONE small succulent. Some fake grass and two fake succulents crammed in the arrangement. I understand that substitutions may be made based on what’s available at the shop; however, this arrangement that they provided was absolutely not worth the 110 that was paid. I called teleflora to ask for a refund, which they provided. When I called the shop to complain, the owner or manager didn’t take accountability and blamed teleflora for everything and mentioned that substitutions may be made. After reading other google reviews, it seems other customers had had similar issues with this shop when ordering through teleflora. Is this a trend for this shop? Is this shop skimping on products ordered through teleflora because they have a fall guy? I’m not mad that the arrangement was different. I’m mad that I paid over 110 for something I could have picked up at Walmart for 15.
My friend sent me an arrangement for my birthday today, and this is a photo of what they delivered This is absolutely shameful. They should be closed down. This is not what she ordered and paid for! The owner responded that the order was placed by Teleflora which is true and a very reputable company. They did contact another florist in No Little Rock which sent a beautiful arrangement. This is my experience, I posted a picture of what was delivered and I think that it will speak for itself. Making excuses for your and screw up is never a good practice. I am sharing my experience verbal with everyone I come in contact with. See photos attached everyone!!!!!!!
Beautiful flowers i got for my bday delivered, but its Monday and half of them are dead so i wish they lived longer at least a week for 125 dollars+tax and shipping. I like unique vases too so that would be nice something other than clear. They are very nice though and the arranging of them was amazing, and i would recommend them for sure and they are beautiful i was very happy with them.
Hodgepodge is a neat shop full of beautiful flowers, decorative pieces, and all sorts of tempting items for unique gifts. I was looking for a green plant to brighten our living room and couldn’t be happier with it. Thanks ☺️
