I am out of town, and I placed an order online for a funeral 30 minutes out of their service delivery area (unknown to me at the time of order). They canceled the order and did not notify me. I was under the impression the entire time that the plant was delivered and taken care of. I didn’t find out until after the funeral that it was never delivered, even though I got an order confirmation and order number. Very sad and poor customer service.
I have frequented this business several times. I have never had any complaints at all. They are kind and professional, with beautiful items!
