Deal of the day was absolutely beautiful! Delivered on time, and the entire process was very smooth. Very satisfied with my purchase. My friend LOVED the bouquet!

‼️This florist OVERCHARGES for floral arrangements, and THEN sends FAKE FLOWERS to people’s funeral service‼️ A few weeks ago, my high school classmates and I lost a dear friend. She was the sweetest soul and loved dearly by all, but unfortunately she passed away. In effort to cherish her life and gift her family, our class decided to send tokens of love for her funeral service, which included a nice floral arrangement with our school colors. We chose this florist in Wynne due to the convenience of the location of the funeral service and to support a small business. To our surprise, we arrived at the viewing to find that the flowers sent were artificial! Not a mix of real and fake, the whole arrangement was made of artificial flowers and greenery! NEVER IN MY LIFE have I seen FAKE FLOWERS AT A FUNERAL‼️ It was beyond tasteless and disgraceful, especially in a time of bereavement! When I spoke with the florist shop, the following business day and a few days afterwards, “Bill” the manager, insisted that he had his “best designer” to arrange such FAKE FLOWERS, and that it was understood that the arrangement would be fake. We did NOT order NOR specify FAKE FLOWERS‼️ Especially not for HUNDREDS of dollars‼️ I asked for a contractual agreement or receipt to verify that on his and his “best designer’s” end and I have yet to receive it. “Bill” also OFFERED to atone the sale by sending ANOTHER {real} plant to the mother of our friend and/or grant us a partial refund. NONE of those efforts have been made whole because “Bill” has not returned any calls to complete that offer. We have been respectful, patient, and kind in this matter, unfortunately this unprofessional business has not! I find utterly unacceptable to charge a group of grieving friends HUNDREDS of dollars just to send FAKE FLOWERS TO A FUNERAL 🥀🥀🥀🥀🥀 0/10 Would NOT recommend‼️‼️‼️‼️

I've worked with many florists, both in my career as an event planner and also for personal purposes, and Bonny, the floral designer at Backstreet Florist, is the absolute BEST. Her arrangements are unique blends of colors and flowers and always have the WOW factor. She customizes every arrangement, and believe me, her work DAZZLES! Wish I could leave 10 stars for this outstanding small business.

Have used several times, I know nothing about flowers leave it up to them.They have always did an excellent job and never took advantage of me.

The staff is so nice and wonderful! I have had many flowers made by them! Every single one has been amazing and beautiful! Thank you for what you do!
