ZERO STARS! I do NOT recommend! TOTAL SCAM! After being on the phone for 20 minutes with a lady that didn't speak english well; trying to order flowers for a funeral.. she confirmed all the details including the arrangement and told me my order had been placed and guaranteed it would be there, my $ come out of my account, then received an email like apparently a lot of other ppl saying the order could not be filled due to supply issues. When people order flowers, they expect it to be taking care of after ordering. They took my phone number but didn't even have the decency to call and inform me or ask if there was another arrangement I'd might consider....
I should have read the reviews BEFORE I ordered flowers from here for my sister's funeral. We ordered 3 arrangements totaling just over $650.00. The quality was TERRIBLE. The flowers were flat and wilted. I would definitely not recommend using this company.

I called this flower shop and asked for a white spray that stands up for my cousin funeral. She said that she would send a pic once it is finished before it goes to the funeral home. Well as you can see below this is the pic I received. It was a side view the ribbon was hideous and the bottom of the pic was cut off couldn’t see the full pic and for $147 this spray should have looked better than this. I usually use Debbie’s in Forrest City b/c they never disappoint but they were booked up but I know I will never use this flower shop ever!
I ordered birthday flowers for my sister the day before her birthday. I received the email confirming the order on the day I placed the order. My sister called me the night of her birthday to say that she never received the flowers. The florist told me that the order couldn’t be filled because of supply chain issues and that they emailed me that day to tell me that. It’s been two days and I have not received an email from them.
