The worst customer service I have ever received! The order was delivered on the wrong day with the wrong name on it. I tried to email them using the link on the website: address doesn't work. I called them, spent 20 minutes and all I got was excuses ("It's Teleflora's fault!" (I didn't use Teleflora); "That's the wrong email address!" (it's the one on your website); "We've been here 34 years and never had this before!" (So?!!)) Finally, when I said I've still not received a word of apology, she put the phone down on me!!! Best of luck getting any satisfaction if anything goes wrong with your order.
My friend has sent me arrangements from this florist for years as they are near my house and they have always been absolutely gorgeous. Never a delivery problem. Dont know about the price. I am distressed to read the bad reviews. Must be unfortunate choice of employees who dont care. This 35 year old business needs better.
What a beautiful arrangement I received! Quite a mix of different flowers. My brother sent them for my birthday prior to his arrival at our house and he commented they looked like what he had ordered online, which was a good thing! It's really one of the nicest bouquets I have ever received. Thank you so much. Delivery driver was very nice too.
Fantastic florist! We ordered a funeral arrangement for our friend's 40th birthday and they understood the assignment, as the kids say. Beautiful arrangement, lots of roses and orchids as well as pristine lilies, full and fresh and the price was great. Delivered on time in the right spot with no issues.
