Condolences White Bouquet • • • • • • I originally called this flower shop after 1pm to get a quote, as I was looking for a condolences bouquet to get delivered to loved ones. I talked to Bere, let her know my budget with delivery fee included, and what I was looking for. She gave me suggestions and I decided to go with the all-white flower bouquet. She let me know I could text her the required info to have the bouquet delivered, which I did. Shortly after, Bere sent me a photo of the final product. I paid via Venmo to Ryan Saldivar. My loved ones received the bouquet with a custom message on card, via delivery before 4:30pm. The team was great at communicating and helpful on providing what I was looking for.

Was planning a big birthday and wanted to find a good local flower shop to patronize and found this shop online. I read the reviews and thought I’d give it a try. I stopped in one afternoon and told Rosalva what I was thinking. I saw a few arrangements that were already made and asked how much they cost. I was impressed with the reasonable pricing given how great they looked! We talked about how many arrangements I was looking for and the sizes. She priced them out and we came up with a total. After placing the order, she encouraged me to send her some guiding photos for colors and shapes. When the day came for pickup, I was so pleased with how they turned out! Apparently other customers had been asking to buy them all morning. :) I’ll definitely be using this shop again in the future and highly recommend it! Thank you for making our event extra special! Everyone loved the flowers!

I paid $125 for what was clearly advertised on pictures as a heart-shaped rose arrangement WITH a box of Ferrero Rocher chocolates. What I received was ONLY the flowers. NO chocolate box whatsoever. They tried to take advantage and it is blatant disrespect. The photos show a luxury gift set, and what I got was an incomplete order that does not justify the price. If I wanted just flowers, I would never have paid anywhere near $125 for a tiny box of flowers There was no explanation, no substitution, no note, no refund, nothing. Just missing items and silence. This feels deceptive and unprofessional. If you're thinking of ordering from here, DON'T unless you're okay with paying premium prices for half the product. Extremely disappointing experience, especially for something meant to be a gift. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I needed flowers for a date. The lady was really nice and made sure I got what I needed. The price was fair and I got great flowers.
