I was disappointed in the new baby flower arrangement that I sent my son and daughter-in-law. The online picture did not match with what was sent. The online one had more roses and blue flowers to signify a boy baby. Instead, the actual arrangement contained less roses, a big yellow flower, and not as much blue. Disappointing.
I wish there was a 10 stars available Id definitely give it on this review. The sweet lady that answered the phone when I called to order was so nice and thoughtful. My Mom’s sweet little dog of almost 14 years passed away and my Mom was so heartbroken. Our little dog was comfort to my Mom when my Daddy passed away 10 years ago and has been my Moms constant companion since then. The lady that took my order asked about what the occasion was and I explained my Moms loss. She also shared with me that she lost her sweet dog last year. I placed my order and she (I wished I knew her name to thank her properly) also delivered the flowers to my Mom the next day. She told my Mom she was sorry for her loss and shared about her sweet dog she had lost. My Mom cried and was so touched by her kindness. The flowers are absolutely gorgeous! Worth every dollar spent. I definitely will order flowers from All Seasons Florist again. She went above and beyond to deliver a beautiful bouquet to my Mom and comforted her in time of grief. Thank you so much for your kindness, love, and support. This meant so much to us. 💗
