During one of the most difficult times in our family’s life, House of Flowers in Bakersfield went above and beyond for us. I had called a few other florists in town, but from the very first conversation, House of Flowers stood out. The owner, Amanda, immediately offered her sincere condolences and treated me with genuine kindness and compassion. That meant more than she probably knows. I shared with Amanda that my mother was a huge Los Angeles Dodgers fan, and without hesitation she suggested incorporating the Dodgers’ team colors into the arrangements. That personal touch meant everything to our family. The flower arrangements were absolutely beautiful — truly amazing. They were elegant, meaningful, and a perfect tribute to my mom. You could see the care and thought that went into every detail. Thank you, Amanda, for your exceptional customer service, your compassion, and for helping us honor my mother in such a special way. We couldn’t have been happier.

I had flowers shipped from Bakersfield to Rancho Cucamonga and they came out PERFECT. The inspo Pic from her page was almost exactly what I got and I could not have been happier. House of Flowers made sure I had my tracking so I knew when to be home to receive them. What else do yiu say about flowers other than here are photos of what the bouquet looked like when I got them. And I work from home, so I opened the box IMMEDIATELY when they arrived I was so excited. Planning on ordering flowers next month for my sister's birthday and I can't wait to see how those come out.
