Joy Flower Shop

Note: I have never ordered here before and this is my first time sending flowers from here. I live in another state due to the military and for my mother's birthday I decided to pick this place due to the reviews. I had picked their Tulips and Rose's Deluxe 196 online and you can see the photo I shared of the image they texted me that it says deluxe on the receipt. The photo on the website itself shows a generalized standard form. While I understand arrangements may vary, the one they had done for me looks messy, the white roses look old hence the veins in the floral. And it just does not look refined. I am utterly disappointed. Edit: I did ask for fresher white flowers and clarity on the deluxe, they did send me an updated of the arrangement and I have shared. Adding 1 star back. 2nd edit: I will add another star back on top of what has transpired. Delivery was communicated by the flowers shop before 12pm noon. I am on East Coast time so I waited until after 6pm close to 7pm my time which was well after 12pm noon in CA to text the phone number that I did not get confirmation delivery happened and my recipient also had not recieved anything yet. I do recognize their shop is closed on Wednesday so I wasn't sure who to call until I remember their photo text to ask. I was notified by text the delivery was running late and wouldn't be until 5pm CA time. I did finally receive an email confirmation by 8:32pm East Coast time it was delivered. The following morning today Feb 5, 26, I did receive a kind follow up call from Joy Flower Shop about my disappointment. They were kind and allowed me to reflect on the small frustrations that occurred. While my mother the recipient was in fact happy and they did update the flowers, I asked for a partial refund while still wanting to give them support. My hope is that things run a bit smoother next time for others. I do appreciate the customer service side for reaching out.

Both sets of Flowers were beautiful! They Sent me a text and an email letting me know they were delivered and website was super simple to navigate on my mobile and laptop. They strive for perfection because both recipients said they couldn’t believe how beautifully vibrant they were. Thanks for doing a great job in bringing beauty to a week full of such grief.

I used this florist for the 1st and last time. I purchased their European boutique and paid for the premium package. When they sent me a picture of the arrangement it was not only not upgraded but more generic looking than the picture in their description. When I called and complained, they sent me a picture of a slightly improved arrangement. Which I settled for despite not feeling like I got what I paid for. I had also added a box of chocolates to go with the flowers which they forgot to deliver with the flowers. I regret tipping the driver prior to delivery. When I called and complained, the lady seemed was unapologetic or concerned with the mixup. Poor quality and customer service. I rarely take the time to write a negative review but I think customers should be aware.

Very timely and reasonable. Arrangements were as advertised and looked amazing. Nice that I was texted first a pic of the arrangement before it was delivered to get my blessing.

Joy Flowers is doing a wonderful job of delivering perpetual flowers to my mother’s grave, and I always get a text with a photo! Jan 21 - Beautiful as always, thank you!
