Paid 75 Dollars for v day bouquet next day this is what they looked like. Tried to contact the store they said someone will get bk to me. No One called.
I've been going to this spot and their other spots maybe twice a month for many years. It's always been five stars with the staff, the flowers, and the arrangements. It's been my go-to for every event where I need flowers. But now there's a new employee that's been short with me twice in person. And then last month I called to ask for an arrangement 30 minutes before they closed but she didn't hang up the phone and started talking crap. Sent the owner two emails, no response. Breaking up w Blooms is sad but necessary
We've worked with Blooms a few times for work parties in the past and their quality of flowers is so impressive. But what really made an impression this time around was their service. I was in quite a pickle at the beginning of last week and needed flowers last minute for three separate events throughout the week. Kylie, who was working that day, helped me out and she was such a pleasure to work with. I appreciate her patients and enthusiasm to help. Thank you Kylie! We'll definitely be ordering from Blooms again in the future.
