Ralphs

Always a solid experience at Ralphs! The store is clean, well-stocked, and the staff is helpful and polite. Checkout is usually quick, and I always find what I need. Definitely my go-to grocery store.

I went into Ralph’s today to exchange a propane tank. When I first entered, an employee said “I’ll be right with you.” A few moments later, the manager came over and told me I couldn’t bring the propane inside — which I completely understand for safety reasons — but his tone was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. I followed directions, went back outside, and the same employee told me to pay first and then go back out, so I did exactly that. While waiting outside for the exchange, I noticed something shocking — a Ralph’s employee smoking a cigarette right next to the propane tanks. If customers are being scolded for bringing a tank indoors for safety, it’s unacceptable that an employee is allowed to smoke just feet away from a highly flammable area. This is both unsafe and unprofessional. I truly hope management takes this seriously and addresses both the attitude and the safety issue immediately.

Prices can be pretty high and the customer service is pretty lacking for the price point. Employees look like they either don’t want to be there or are dismissive and rude. The few kind ones don’t make up for the overall experience unfortunately.

Great selection but definitely seems like overall higher prices that Stater Brothers. One big plus ➕ the pharmacy and staff are excellent!

This store been going downhill for years!... recently I have found rotted and moldy produce in the produce department, they are always out of common things in the aisles, and I was there on a Saturday late morning early afternoon recently and they had NO checkout lines open... only the self checkout, which was totally backed up!....this has happened to me three times in the last few weeks! The staff are nice! but the store is being managed horribly
