I had ordered some flower for my mom on her birthday. I was very pleased with the flowers she received. She called me the minute she got them and was very happy and even send me a picture of them. They were gorgeous! The customer service was great. I will definetely be calling them again. Thanks Greg.
Ordered basket of Junk food as a gift, provided them clear instructions on how to deliver. They delivered in a timely manner including advising me that they delivered the basket. My Husband was very surprised and happy, I am very pleased with the service.
I wish I could give her 0 stars that’s what the owner deserves. A while back I went in looking for flower arrangements for my wedding, briefly spoke with the owner for what I was looking for and asked for some arrangement ideas. She was very rude and when I would ask questions she was very condescending answering them. I don’t know anything about flowers, sorry to ask questions?At the end of the consult I asked her for the note she wrote down with the types of flowers on it she said, “nope this stays with me ” and walked away leaving me & my friend there in the middle of the store 😂 glad I didn’t give my business to her. Terrible customer service & from what it seems in the reviews, quality of work too 🤷♀️no wonder she’s always look for someone to work for her, she’s insufferable
Vannash florist really outdid herself! I told her the colors I needed and told her to take care of the rest because she was the professional. I am beyond happy with her customer service and the corsage and boutonnière came out better than I could have ever imagined.

My mom brought the flowers to the Vannash team for review; they offered to replace only three roses, disregarding the dead half. One-hour call with Vannash management was met with challenge, pushback, and blame. I've always supported local businesses, never writing a negative review. However, the entirely defective product and lack of service compelled me to share my experience.
