I am beyond grateful for Amy and Macy for helping create the most magical proposal I could have ever dreamed of. Even before I knew any of this was happening, my fiancé had been secretly coordinating with them, and after he showed me their messages, it was so clear how much heart, kindness, and patience they poured into every detail. Amy provided beautiful, crisp white flower petals that were perfectly scattered across the grass, instantly transforming the space into a romantic scene straight out of a movie. She was incredibly patient and always available whenever my fiancé needed advice, guidance, or reassurance. She didn’t just provide flowers—she genuinely cared about making the moment perfect and offered thoughtful suggestions every step of the way. Macy was responsible for the candles, and she did an absolutely stunning job. She set up 75 glass candle vases, each filled with sand and real flame, in various heights that created the most enchanting glow as the sun set. The combination of the petals and candles made the whole setting feel like time stood still. Both Amy and Macy arrived early, coordinated seamlessly with each other, and had everything set up before we arrived. They even waited until we were completely done soaking in the moment and taking photos before quietly cleaning everything up, allowing us to enjoy every second without feeling even a hint of rush. Their professionalism, creativity, and genuine kindness made our proposal not just beautiful, but deeply personal and unforgettable. Absolutely fabulous arrangement!! I called for a same day delivery for a friend and they did a phenomenal job. I usually do online orders but was so glad I called and spoke with them - it made it more personal and they delivered within an hour. Wonderful service and outstanding product! 10/10 recommend

The Flower Shop should be your go-to place to get high quality arrangements. I was impressed with the beautiful arrangement they put together for me on short notice. But even more impressive was that they had run out of cherry blossom sticks, and offered to purchase a bundle, just for me in the color and length I wanted. The very next day, I received a text from them letting me know that they had purchased what I wanted and had it ready for me when I got there. Excellent customer service!

I asked if they could create a blue bouquet for $20 and was told it would be small, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The ladies there completely exceeded my expectations and accepted my price negotiation. It turned out beautiful, and my girlfriend loved it. Thank you so much!

I called same day for a delivery, got incredible service on the phone and within a couple hours they dropped off one of the most beautiful bouquets I’ve ever seen, highly HIGHLY recommend this shop if looking for pretty flowers in Encinitas area, from pics the shop looks gorgeous too. 10/10, hard to get service like that nowadays.
