Awful. Were not open when came to pick up a prepaid order - no explanation why. Never again will I do business with this location.

I used to buy from here all the time but I stopped coming here because I was denied a refund for some strawberry covered chocolates when I got charged twice. One of the guys that works there changed me with an iPad first and he said it hadn’t processed and said it would go back into my card and he then proceeded to charge me again on the register, which he should have done in the first place if they were having problems with the iPad according to him. The refund never came back to my bank account I called a week later to tell them and he said it was still a mistake and it will be refunded. After two weeks you would think the money would be back into my account, no it wasn’t and I went in personally and with a bank statement letting them know what had happened. The guy who charged me was contacted by one of his workers and he responded the same thing again that is was a temporary charge. After two weeks no sir it should have gone back into my account. I never got a phone call back from them and I will never go back to do business with them. If this is how you treat long time customers by robbing them.

Very disappointed. Bought the flowers with the pretty vase(picture inserted) and did NOT COME LOOKED AS ADVERTISED ON WEBSITE. It was delivered with everything on picture, vase and flowers but the flowers were NOT arranged at all. All they did was basically put the bouquet of flowers still wrapped up in tissue, band together with the rubber band and placed the flowers in the vase with no water. For 107 dollars I bought the flowers in hopes of it to be delivered ARRANGED AND PRESENTABLE AS PICTURED ONLINE, as this was a surprised delivery for Mother’s Day. lesson learned NEVER AGAIN. I’ll just go spend 50 dollars at target for flowers and a vase and arrange it myself.

I’ve been a loyal Edible Arrangements customer for over 20 years, but after this recent experience, I’ll think twice before ever ordering again. On April 23, 2025, I helped my mother-in-law place a “Get Well Soon” fruit bouquet order for my father, who had just had hip surgery. The order went through, payment was processed, and we received a confirmation number. But when we followed up with the store, they claimed they had no record of it. We sent them our confirmation email and waited for a response that never came. When we called again, we were told—dismissively—to “go to the website and write a complaint.” We did. It’s now May 19, and we’ve received no follow-up. Out of frustration, my mother-in-law had to dispute the charge with her credit card company. I even sent an email directly to the CEO of the company and, to this day, have heard nothing in return. This was more than a missed order—it was a complete failure of customer service and basic accountability. During an already difficult time for our family, Edible Arrangements added stress instead of delivering care. Extremely disappointing. Do better, Edible Arrangements.
