I picked this floral shop last minute to have flower delivered today. At first, the owner said the order was for pick up when I paid for delivery. She admitted to the mistake and said it would be delivered today. the online order system has glitch and they did not see the order as for delivery. The foil ballon was $25 came deflated. what an embarrassment. $80 for this flower? Not sure if it’s worth it. Very bad experience !
