Warning....use their business at your own risk The first time I got dead sunflowers she blamed it on the cold weather and she fixed the order and sent different flowers , so this summer we ordered sunflowers thinking they'd be fine...our mistake was trusting this florist again. The lady called me a liar saying these flowers are fresh from today. There's no wire on any of the stems so all the heads are drooping. These flowers are sent to me from my sister on the day I lost my son and she lost her nephew. I told her she can come pick up the flowers and refund my sister, there was a lot of excuses around that and time n travel. I said I shouldn't be getting dead flowers on the day my son passed away...needless to say she's not going to fix this and this is what I have...dead and drooping flowers that cost over $100 I'm attaching her text response saying these are fresh flowers. She's also saying we tampered with them bcuz they don't look like what she sent this morning. These pictures show every angle of this bouquet.
