Ralphs

I was given a gift card for my birthday. The gift card was purchased at Ralph’s by a friend, an elderly lady in her 80s. We took the card to Target to use it and we were told the card is no good, worthless. I wasn’t too concerned, because I had a receipt, simply frustrated that they sold a card and it was supposed to be worth $50 and it wasn’t. I took the card back to Ralph’s but they would not exchange it for a good card, the refused to help and completely denied responsibility for their fraudulent sale to a senior. This is now a complete theft on their part. They have stole $50 and sold a bad card and U am just out of luck. After shopping there at Ralph’s for over 30 years, spending hundreds of dollars every week, totaling over hundreds of thousands over the years. I refuse to shop there again. They have shown they will not stand behind what they sell and will rip their clients off with no remorse. Buyer beware!

I stopped here today because I was in the area. I usually go to a different store. I was impressed by how clean the area around the Ralphs actually is. I went inside and was just going to get 1 or 2 things. As I passed the meat department a butcher named Joseph showed me some fresh sordfish that looked fantastic. I bought a pound at a great price. Joseph also suggested the easy peal shrimp, I got a pound of that too. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about seafood. Thank you Joseph. I finished shopping and my phone number did not get me a discount, so the checker Sophia used her card and I got a $12.00 discount. She also help me sign up for a Ralph's card that works off my phone number. Thank you Sophia ❤️. I had a great shopping experience. What a great store and fantastic employees. Highly recommend

This location is experiencing a remodel as of this posting. The store is a nice size and seems better kept than a couple of other nearby locations. On our last visit the produce, meat and bakery sections all seemed well stocked and attended to. As part of the Kroger network of stores, it is easy to get consistency via the store brands even if you are away from home.

One of the nicer Ralph’s I’ve been to. Super clean flowery store with good clean aisles and plenty of fresh produce as well as organic vegetables to choose from. They had lots of sales and deals on this grocery trip for if you bought 5 of any one item. Chicken breasts were $4 per pound vs a pavilions right now is charging almost double. Only thing that knocked it down a star is the longer lines at checkout if you don’t do self checkout. But friendly cashiers!

Had an awful experience with the Mexican girl at the self checkout right before they closed. She rolled her eyes at me and was very rude in her demeanor and tone. Stated “hope that id is real” and stated multiple times that she wanted me to hurry. Never been treated so awful and I’ve gone to this Ralphs my whole life. Laguna hills born and raised. Never coming back here and telling my neighbors to also never come here again. That girl should be fired.
