This store is really hard to shop in. The isles are narrow and the shippers are everywhere to the point to where I have to leave my cart to be able to walk down the isle.they only have one checker at all times and self checkout has major lines. I'd rather go to a different store and pay more more so I can shop conveniently. The lights are dim at all times of the day so it's kind of depressing and the workers are all so unhappy I feel bad for them.

How in the world can the people managing this store franchise keep this man employed here. He’s clearly DRUNK!!!! I have three employees a description of this man and they knew exactly who I was referring to.*MARCO (thin Hispanic male with a hat) speak with him and he will start yelling at you and stumbling over his words. Disgusting display of customer service. This man wouldn’t even let me speak one word of what I needed help with he told me to do it myself. Uhm MARCO I don’t work here you do. The management has to know the lay he has issues seeing as a few words to describe him and other employees have the “ooooooohbibknow who you’re talking about”. RALPHS of lake forest you need to get on this man’s case about his mannerism. Drug test him and use a breathalyzer. And if he is special needs then I do apologize but all n all his behavior is still unacceptable and not excused whatsoever!!!! I strongly advise management to speak with MARCO. Because internal affairs will be contacted if the person is not spoken to. I just needed help and I’m sorry I even reached out.
First of all, I want to say that I used to really like this store—until I met a very unfriendly gentleman. I bought an Amazon gift card here, and when I got home and scratched off the code to redeem it, the number was incomplete. I immediately drove back to the store to ask for help. This gentleman refused to help, basically told me to call Amazon myself, and when I asked how to contact them, he completely ignored me. It wasn’t until a kind female employee asked him on my behalf that he mentioned there’s usually a small receipt with a phone number, but when I told him I hadn’t received such a receipt, he just kept talking to the female employee and ignored my presence. When I checked out, I didn’t receive any extra receipts at all. I tried to explain, but this gentleman acted like I was just causing trouble and didn’t pay any attention to me. Luckily, I remembered which counter I used; I asked the same helpful female employee to check, and she found the little receipt was still at the cashier’s counter—they never gave it to me. They simply threw the receipt to me, didn’t apologize, and everyone just walked away. I stood there for about 30 seconds and in the end, I had to ask the female employee if I needed to handle it myself. She said yes, and again, nobody acknowledged me. Is this what they call customer service FRIENDLY? This gentleman truly made me feel insulted—it was a terrible experience and I sincerely hope I never have to interact with him again.
I pass by in Nov 4th at 12:35am and expecting the store to be closed at 1 am as it mentioned everywhere but they close at 12:45. However, the bigger problem is that the employee was at the register does not feel working here even I was nice to them but still his answers are weird like the manager doesn’t want pay over time that’s why we close 15 mins earlier and when I told them that they should update the hours of the store, they answered was it’s the manager decision. Not even “I will inform the manager and we will work on that”. Idk maybe I came in the end of the shift and they have bad management or they shouldn’t belong here since no customer service basics were learned.
