Jenny was / is a gem! I've used this shop before (I've come in person) but I'm from out of town and needed to do an order online / over phone and Jenny took the time to send me photos of arrangements in store that I wouldn't have been able to see online. I ordered A “personalized birthday bouquet”online Last minute via 1-800-flowers. I had no idea what it would look like.They were delivered by Conroys the next day(Sunday) The arrangement was fresh and fabulous, really spectacular . Very custom and artistic looking, not your boring supermarket flowers.Couldn’t be more pleased.
0 stars. Arrangment showed up with half-inflated baloon and then flowers died within 2 days. Terrible customer service as the owner did not care about fixing the issue.
Bought my wedding flowers here. A busy shop. Reasonable prices, you can get your flowers any way you want and if your in a rush they can accommodate you. The staff is professional and helpful and your flowers are wonderfully done.
