American Flowers

I had the pleasure of speaking with David on the phone today who helped me complete our beautiful Flower order for a client. I ordered flowers from here twice, and on both occasions the bouquet was gorgeous and full. While they're more expensive than "store-bought" flowers, it was definitely worth it for a special occasion. Mo also deserves special recognition. I ordered flowers ahead of time for pickup immediately at open for the business on a Sunday and he not only prepared them ahead of time, but he immediately dropped what he was doing to grab it for me. My experience was EXCELLENT. My mom’s flowers were so beautiful, beyond what I expected. They delivered same day and even called me to notify me nobody was home and asked what I wanted to do. Highly recommend American Flowers.

I’ve been going to American Flowers for years and for the first time today, I met the owner! I didn’t know it was him, I walked in and he offered to make me a bouquet. Not knowing it was the owner, I quickly looked around and found the lady that normally makes my bouquets, but she was eating lunch. What I loved was that even though she stopped everything to make me the gorgeous arrangement shown here in the photos, he insisted that she not stop, and take her moments to rest and get her meal, showing me that he truly cared for this lady who has made my arrangements for years! I loved that! And even though I could stop the review right here, which displays an owners care and love for his employee, the real reason I’m sharing is because I drive all the way over from Westchester just to get his flowers. They are simply the best. Not only do they never disappoint in terms of how vibrant and beautiful they are, but they are the only flowers that stay alive longer than 2 days! If you buy flowers regularly, you know what I’m talking about. There’s nothing wrong with grabbing an arrangement from Trader Joe’s or Whole Foods…I’m guilty of it because it’s convenient and to be honest, they’re cheap. But they always die within 2-3 days. Even the farmers market flowers die in just 2-3 days. Abraham and his flowers here at American flowers…they last minimum 2 weeks! So if you want an amazing human experience PLUS getting the best flowers, please don’t think twice, don’t hesitate, go to Abraham at American flowers! I guarantee you will not regret it.
