I have never wrote a review in my life, but this place deserves one. I ordered some flowers for an anticipated mother's day. I asked them whether they could commit to an early morning delivery as it was all part of a surprise plan I had for my wife. On Sunday, they never showed up and when I called them, they initially said it was going to be a matter of minutes. Then, two hours after they started lieing saying the delivery guy had a flat tire. They were super rude on the phone and totally unhelpful. My vloekers eventually arrived int he afternoon. They were half dead and just a few tulips which I ended paying $75. This place is total racket owned and managed by awful people

Terrible Customer Service - do not order here! I called 5/24/21 to confirm the flowers for an arrangement were in stock - Garden Basket Arrangement. The woman who answered did not answer professionally stating the name of their business. When I inquired about the flowers - tulips, eucalyptus, and larkspur, I was told that yes, they are all in stock. We even discussed the heart shape made with the eucalyptus. On 5/25 I received a thank you text from my Sister-In-Law. The arrangement was nothing like what I ordered. I contacted Barrington and the woman said "Send me a picture, maybe we didn't have the flowers in stock." I asked for her email and she said - "Send them by text." I sent the photos and her response was - "They are pretty." I stated that I'd called the day prior to confirm all flowers were available and this was not what I ordered. Where was the heart? Where were the eucalyptus or the tulips? Instead there were Gerber daisies. She said "There is nothing I can do, we only use the freshest flowers we had." This was why I called to confirm what was available in case I needed to select an alternate arrangement. Keep in mind, this arrangement was listed under "Best of the Season." So, everything should have been available per the season. BBB Claim Submitted.

HORRIBLE experience. Terrible customer service. I called to place an order for a co-workers birthday and I was promised same-day delivery by 1:00pm. It is almost 4:30pm and the flowers still have not been delivered. I have called several times requesting a delivery status update, and have been blown off with the following statements: "They've been delivered" (Nope) and "The driver isn't reachable." and "The driver has not come back with the delivery signatures yet." "His cell phone is out of charge." "He should be there any minute...we had to deliver for a large event." Completely unacceptable. I spent $150 on this floral order ($184 including delivery and tax), and I want my money back so that I can take my business elsewhere. DO NOT order from this shop.

Their flowers are fresh, and they deliver their orders on time.

Absolute SCAMMERS! I wanted to send my girlfriend flowers and for $50 + $20 shipping you get 10 flowers that are already dying the next day and are nothing like the pictures on their website. You cant even call them because it goes right to voice mail and the you cant even leave a message because their box is full. I'm surprised flowers even showed up at all, but if you want better flowers I would pick some weeds out the ground and then light $50 on fire and it would still be better than what was sent to my girlfriend. You would think for those prices for FLOWERS you would just do it legit.
