Had Flamingo Flowers service my wedding when they didn’t show up on time on the wedding day. I called the “owner” of the company Romero and the company had completely forgotten about it and didn’t realize what day it was making them over 2 hours late and causing our ceremony to start late. Only giving 2 stars because their flowers were nice. Very bad customer service

I've ordered 3 times from Flamingo's Flowers and each time my mom called me up to tell me how gorgeous and stunning the arrangements were. With so many porch pirates around, I like how Flamingo's sends me an email to let me know they flowers have been delivered so I can tell my mom to open her door for a surprise.
