I should have read reviews for this shop prior as I am having a similar experience with being charged and no delivery of the flowers. I ordered a delivery for a friends birthday and my card was charged but the flowers were never delivered. I've tried calling multiple times to no answer. Have left a message on what seems to be the owners personal cell phone, and no response. Disputing the charge on my card and do not recommend to anyone ordering from this business.
I made an order for delivery weeks before my wife’s bday and I get an email DAY OF her email saying it will be delayed until the day after. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. Use Bouq, that’s normally what I use and they never delay. DO NOT USE FLOOM
They would let me park in the front because it was employe park it it was street parking ? Staff rude would not recommend
Unfortunately needed these flowers for an event yesterday they were not delivered tried calling them never pick up and staff is unreliable says they open at 9 but still not open it’s now 9:17 over bad experience can’t recommend this place:/
