When I tell you I was scrambling around on who to call to send flowers for me for my best friend who just lost her mother…God responded and said her and so I called and when I tell you she worked with me helped and suggested things for me texted me back gave good ideas and navigated everything so easily for me I give her a 10/10 she’s one a of kind and her shop is a hidden Gem 💎. If you’re looking for convenience help and a deal shop here and if you don’t like the prices she will tell you why it’s that price and suggest other options and I loved that about her…This place is a must go too…
I recently sprang my ankle and my wife has really been helpn me out so I jus wanted to order her some flowers to surprise her the guy that delivered was very helpful he brought them up stairs for me because I couldn't walk and they came on time I highly recommend this place
HIGHLY recommended for any occasion. I had a super last minute situation, and Katherine's flower shop truly solved all my problems within the HOUR and reasonable pricing. 1) They were open past 6:30pm. 2) They had the bouquet ready and delivered within the hour . 3) The details in their work is outstanding.. the balloons had specific color strings to celebrate the occasion. I mentioned it was my brothers white coat ceremony at USC- but he preferred a mixture of colors instead of just red and yellow. Within minutes Kenneth was able to solve this problem. Orange roses with red tips on top.. even included butterflies in the red and yellow theme. They were able to deliver so quickly too- I made it in time to see my brother's walk. They also helped write the card- every detail was met with care. We were able to surprise my brother and congratulate him properly on his years of hard work. Thank you so much again, we will remember this moment for a long time :)

Right after placing an order for my mother-in-law, they called me after reading the special instructions and made sure that the delivery was easy for my mother-in-law. They were getting the arrangement ready the night before so it was ready first thing in the morning for delivery. Very kind people.
