Fabulous results! Arrangement looked just like the photo only better. No flower substitutions and larger than anticipated. So artistically done and to top it off, delivery within a few hours of my order. Will definitely order from here again. Update: LA Premier once again exceeded my expectations. The cut flower arrangement was stunning, upgraded from the photo, and delivered the same day. The recipient LOVED it. This is one outstanding florist and I recommend it highly. Thank you, LA Florist. Terrible customer service. Non attentive. Never answer their phone and line automatically disconnects. I placed an order two weeks ago to be delivered yesterday during work hours. The flowers got there at 7:30pm., ClearIy after the event ended. Flowers had to be delivered to someone's house instead. I called numerous times. Calls never returned. Lady was rude from day one when I placed the order. This should have been my cue to run. Plenty of businesses out there that cater to customers. I absolutely do not recommend them. Their prices are outrageous given the quality of their work and lack of commitment to customers. Never again.
