I kindly asked them to redo the messy wrapping and was told by the gentleman that I was wasting their time. This was a bouquet for a birthday present, and I had to redo it myself at home. When I arrived, they suggested incorporating visibly not fresh flowers (with dry and brown petals) into the bouquet. When I declined and asked for different ones, they became visibly irritated with me.
