Live out of state and placed an order via phone for a standing floral spray for a Celebration of Life service that was held at a private residence. The staff person on the phone was very patient and courteous while taking my order. The spray came out beautifully; just as pictured on their website, and was delivered on time. Thank you, Lopez Flowers, for a job well done. I was informed by the service hostess that the family members and other attendees were very impressed.

I ordered flowers from Canada for a surprise gift, having never done so. The owner was very helpful helping me pick some flowers and although they were quite busy they were able to accommodate a delivery within 90 minutes, since I needed to catch the recipient. The driver had a heck of a time getting into the building but persevered. He took a photo of the beautiful arrangement and left it at the door. He took a photo and it was sent to me.
