This florist delivered a beautiful bouquet/gift to my dad on the same day I called even though it was a busy Christmas Eve. Great communication and reasonably priced. Can’t thank them enough!!
When my Door Dash driver scammed me and stole my order they went above and beyond to help me. Customer Service like this is rarely found and I appreciate this company. They called Door Dash and reported the driver, secured a refund and helped me process a new order so we could get the flowers in a timely manner. They remade my order and delivered within an hour and saved my gift. The roses were incredible.
My husband ordered flowers for me the day before Valentine’s Day for a morning delivery to surprise me at work. They never arrived even after he tried calling several times with no answer. He even went to the shop in person and learned the address in the website was not even a flower shop. He spoke to someone by 3:30 in the afternoon to request the delivery be made to home in the hopes that I would still get some flowers for Valentine’s Day. By 6:00 he was home and I still hadn’t received anything. He texted the contact number to ask for refund and the message was left on read. I give only 1 star because I have to otherwise I give no stars. Here we are the day after Valentine’s Day and still no response. **UPDATE** The shop did contact us refunded us and delivered the most beautiful bouquet of roses and for that I give one more star. Thank you for making it right.
Amazing flowers, great prices, cute teddy bears, too! Really love the black and gold paper. Open until 11:30 PM Mon-Sat, 10PM on Sun. My go-to florist.
