Worst flowers I ever got from any flower shop even grocery stores flower are way better quality and fresher! It’s a real disappointment. Never seen something like it… even the eucalyptus was LITTERALY DRY too check the pics … taken morning after an 8pm delivery … mind that I was so shamed to gift this for valentine that I had already removed some burnt petals beforehand! WORST EVER -especially for a $100+ bouquet (Robertson location in LA). Only positive is that a got a refund without much trouble with customer service
Garbage company as the other reviews stated. Would give them a minus 10,000 if I can. Ordered flowers for my girlfriend on valentines day, nobody notifies me that they aren't arriving today only after I ask. They are blaming Fedex, but my girlfriend lives a few minutes away from them if they cared they can just send it. This company does not care about you, they're expensive, won't do anything to help you. You are in a big city genuinely there are a million better places to go. Never go here.
Ordered a batch of 36 pink roses for my mom’s birthdays — the presentation itself was beautiful but the roses had browning edges — they definitely weren’t fresh and were already dying when they came. I ordered a mason jar with it and it didn’t come so I went on their site to chat with customer service and they were pretty good with the refund — their customer service system via chat is pretty stellar and quick so that part is good. But this location in particular doesn’t bring the best flowers, but I have been gifted flowers for delivery from bouqs before and they were great. The company does sell nice flowers; I just wouldn’t recommend getting them from this location!
Wow. I wish i had read the reviews before placing an order. I placed an order for same day delivery to a business address and it was never received. They said it was on route and knew the business closes at 5. I would not recommend. Unreliable.

The owner is incredibly kind, and I can’t get over how stunning the arrangement I got is. Whether you’re looking for something simple or elaborate, their work is truly breathtaking.
