With only 3 hours to find a graduation lei for my 14 yr old martial arts student, I called MVF&G with little hope. Patricia asked me what I needed and when I needed it, and literally told me she’d drop everything she was doing to get me the graduation lei in time. She asked what colors I wanted, and I mentioned I had a small budget. She agreed a single-flower lei would be perfect and she would mix purple and white to make it festive. I picked the beautiful lei up and was welcomed by the most friendly and kind store owner. I know from this experience I will be back and I wanted to write this review because the level of customer care I got was SO warm and fuzzy- and the product was beautiful and made with so much care! Thank you a million times over. I may become your best customer 😻
I live in Atlanta and I wanted to send flowers to my sister for her birthday today. I called them and told them her favorite flower and they told me what other flowers they would include and they were very accommodating with the price. I asked them to send me a picture of the arrangement before they delivered it. Great customer service and beautiful arrangements.
Had a miscommunication about the delivery date and this created a problem but Manhattan Village Florist was Extremely fast to respond and apologize. They hand delivered an absolutely beautiful birthday bouquet to my father in Redondo Beach on the right date and texted me with an update on the delivery so I knew that he received his flower arrangement. He was so happy!! He texted me pictures of it and I was also filled with joy and impressed by how fresh and lovely the flowers looked and How happy this made my Dad. I ordered through Teleflora since I am in Florida. Great service/Beautiful flowers. Will order again in the future.
