Extremely disappointed with Vons. My groceries were given to someone else on one occasion, and on another, half of my order was missing. I requested a refund which takes 48 hours, but because of the delay, I had to return the rest of the items. Trying to do that has been a complete runaround, wasting my time and gas. I called and was promised a call back that never came, and when I followed up, no one had any info. Poor service, poor communication, and no accountability.

Sophia has a nasty and disrespectful attitude . I really wish I could give 0 stars. I ship here all the time and every one else is so kind , but not her while checking out I asked a question about a item she literally ignored me and when I asked a second time I was told to check the receipt after I pay . What if I changed my mind or the item price was mislabeled . That was my first encounter and my second was even worse I thought about contacting corporate but most complaints fall on deaf ears . So I decided to just do a review instead. Unfortunately Sophia attitude made me want to shop there less and makes the store and other employees look bad.

Great customer service and friendly and very helpful people ready to help when need . Got what I need for dinner and out I go .

Adequate grocery store. I do about 50% of mybahopping here. Nothing special here really but nothing negative either. Its a typical grocery store just like any other. They do have a pretty good deli. The meat selection is mediocre. I also utilize Vons 4 U a lot here and they are good with that. Produce section is pretty good and above average.

The bakery here made a beautiful heart shaped cake. It was a vintage style and just what we wanted at a great price. The pharmacy, bakery, and cashiers here are all very nice and helpful.
