Great selection of products, saw this Barbie eyeshadow palette and had to snag it. It was the last one... Not sure if they will be getting more
Prices for certain items are up to 30-60% higher than at competing supermarkets in the area. They keep shortening their operating hours. Only 2 years ago they were open until midnight, now they close at 10:00pm 7 days a week, and sometimes earlier when they have a construction project going. The self-checkout lanes were removed 2 years ago, which, of course, means that if you're shopping during non-peak hours, there is one checkout lane open, and, invariably, a queue that is 6 people deep. The courtesy clerks seem like they hate their jobs and themselves. Need to find something? Good luck finding someone to ask for an item location. Good luck asking the sole cashier where the item is without being sternly told to get in line because they're helping those 6 other people.
Just want to say to you, Albertsons - you have a very funny and hard-working employee there! (I'm sure the rest are great, but this employee stands out!) Ethan is a very diligent (I've seen him JOGGING to get his job done), friendly and approachable guy, He's always very helpful and also funny and welcoming. Keep this kid around and maybe even give him a raise!
The management should work very hard on employee attitude. I’m not from this area. I came from San Diego to visit family and relatives and there is a lady whose name is Michele she has a strange attitude. I personally encourage an employee who has a problem in their life to take a day off and not show up or report to a customer.
The produce department was amazingly displayed. Most stores including other Albertsons don’t even come close . I mean I don’t even cook and it made me want just to buy it all. Kudos to the produce person I talked to . He obviously took pride in his work and it showed.👍
