I stopped here at Ralphs today to get milk and icecream. This is a very nice clean well stocked grocery store. They have a nice slection of fresh flowers, the bright colors cought me eye and I had to buy some for my lovely wife. They also have a deli service counter as well as a bakery. I decided to buy some shrimp for dinner and the butcher was happy to help me and made some great suggestions. I had a very pleasant shopping experience. Highly recommend
I stopped shopping at this store a couple of years ago because of the way they crowd the aisles with promotional items and there’s no way that two carts can get through there at the same time. I came back in today to see if they had changed their ways and it seems to be even worse
Went specifically for zico chocolate coconut water. The website said in stock, and it was. I purchased all they had (10) cuz it was on sale! Fresh cut watermelon was a luxury, I used the coconut water savings in that.
This is my local place for 8 years. As usual, there was only one line open (entirely because of the fine at 12:30 am), and I was waiting in line. The cashier’s name was Ibrahim. When he saw us on the line, he turned off the line light (which means it's closed). I went to the self-checkout. The machine showed the error. I asked him to come and help us, but he didn't because he was on the phone, and the phone was on speaker since he had turned off the line light. After that, I told him I was calling you to help, but you didn't pay attention, and he told me you could write a review or complaint! Here is why I'm writing the review: He was so rude, and it was the first time it had happened in this location after 8 years I've been in the neighbourhood. I'm sorry for you, Ibrahim! You told me to write a review and complaint, and you don't care, and here it is. You only needed 20 minutes to wait to close the store and be on the phone, not while you have a customer.
