New owners, new coat of paint, same great local service. These folks do a wonderful job in keeping fresh flowers stocked along with pre made bundles at reasonable prices.
I ordered my flowers here and it was not at all what I ordered. They were not accommodating or kind about it. They just kept saying I agreed to any substitutions which is on their website but when it is over half of the bouquet and the color scheme is the complete opposite I should have the option to not buy them anymore. I also ordered the deluxe bouquet for the roses and extra flowers. The roses were not even in it and when I brought it up they said oh sorry I just forgot and added in 3 so that’s also probably why the bouquet wasn’t even the deluxe version. I have provided photos of what I ordered versus what I got and that some of the flowers were already wilting and bad quality. I am extremely saddened since these were supposed to be my wedding bouquet flowers and I want to get them pressed and preserved forever. Instead I went to Trader Joe’s and made my own bouquet which I should have just done in the first place. I just thought that ordering my flowers ahead of time would save me stress instead it was a waste of money and a disappointment. I recommend going to Trader Joe’s as I was able to find all the flowers they said were out of season and they “didn’t have.” I paid $79.20 for a bouquet I cried over because the colors were horrible. I got $25 worth of Trader Joe’s flowers for a much bigger and beautiful bouquet.
It’s my mom’s birthday today… Happy Birthday Mom. I made a very late order for flowers close to 4. The woman on the phone was super nice, they custom made a beautiful bouquet and got it delivered on time. Then sent me the picture below to share that smile on my mom’s face. Very personable, this is definitely my first choice now.
My husband ordered me Valentine’s Day flowers. Didn’t get anything until my husband called them around 15:30. And The flowers I received looks so sorry. Never received this kind ugly flower set before. It Looks like the shop just made it after my husband called them in few minutes, the whole thing looks no shape . It looks like Nothing to do with the example picture the shop post on website, not worth the money, Will never go back again.
Just a wonderful experience, the flowers were gorgeous the staff were lovely and very helpful I have the most wonderful young woman help make my bouquet for my partner and they even deliver so you can give flowers to anyone in the area even when you’re not able to which is rly nice
