Purchased on March 21. While I understand the designs may not look exactly like the picture presented on the site, the flowers I received were VERY different. Many flowers were missing and the only substitution offered was more greenery. A call would have been nice to explain if there was a shortage of flowers.
Amazing 👏 🤩 I've used this florist for multiple things including holiday centerpieces, wrapped bouquets and Valentine's Day flowers and the flowers are always beautiful. Staff has always been very nice as well. Today I picked up a bouquet that I ordered earlier in the week that was themed to Ursula from the Little Mermaid and they outdid themselves. Can't wait for the next holiday!
I placed an online order for an arrangement to be delivered for a funeral, and afterward called and spoke with Christy, who was very polite and attentive. The note on the arrangement was right, and the arrangement was delivered on time, as promised. Cathie, the florist who made the beautiful arrangement, was able to work in some green hydrangeas, as requested, and she sent the two brighter pictures by text, as requested. There is one picture taken at the services. Highly recommend!
Disappointed, ordered the classic and this is what I got even after paying for Premium. But nonetheless I’m grateful they took my order and it was delivered promptly. And it was a beautiful arrangement just not worth what I paid!
This was my second time ordering flowers from this business. I was able to walk in and they made a beautiful arrangement for me on 2 separate occasions. The flowers can sometimes be very expensive but since they were for my mom and grandmother I didn’t mind the price. The picture doesn’t really showcase how big and beautiful the vase and flower arrangement really is 💙🩵🤍
