I highly recommended Ivy and her Family Flower Shop. She did an amazing job for my flower arrangement. The process was so smooth, easy, and stress-free. I initially contacted her explaining what I needed to order and requesting specific color flowers, the ribbon, and delivery instructions, and she reassured me that all could be done. This puts me at ease. The flower was delivered on time and she sent me a message to let me know that it was delivered. The arrangement was fresh and looked amazing. I am so impressed with her work and professional service. She's highly attentive to details and the flowers turned out amazing with the color scheme I requested. The arrangement I order was beautiful! Fantastic experience ordering, responses & delivery! Checked other florists in area online to order however after completing all info required , there was a $10 delivery charge PLUS a service charge of $28.95!!! Not acceptable! In searching more I found Family Flower Shop and got exactly what I ordered for the price of arrangement plus tax. That was it. Very quick service and made my friend’s day. Thank you FFS
