I am so grateful for this company! I have no words, caring compassionate and truly talented! I had order flowers for my aunt from a different company and 15 min later they canceled due to the delivery driver not being available. This was my aunts first Christmas since we lost my father and it was difficult. I live in Reno she lives in Pittsburgh and wanted to make sure she got flowers. I told them what happened they were so hands on and caring. She cried tears of joy and the photo of the flowers were beautiful! If you think about looking elsewhere, please don’t. They didn’t know me, they had no time and went out of there way to make sure it happened. The price was so reasonable and this company stands out! I really appreciate the service they provide. I've patronized them over the years and have never been disappointed. The arrangements are always reasonably priced. They'll work w/your budget & even custom design an arrangement. The staff's always been helpful & courteous. My lady treated me to a wonderful birthday weekend so I thought I'd say thanks w/some flowers. Purple is her favorite color & they had the perfect arrangement. They now offer 30 second video messages! The personal note is still available but a video message is even better. I placed the order online around 7:30ish & requested the delivery be made by noon if possible. It was delivered w/in two hours! It was a well received surprise. Thank you Pittsburg Florist!

I ordered flowers and balloons over the phone for my daughter's birthday. As soon as her flowers were delivered she took a picture of them for me since we don't live near each other so I could see them and the flowers were beautiful! The balloons I ordered with them were very nice as well. My daughter loved the flowers and balloons! I ordered flowers through this shop for my mother on Mother's Day. I selected the custom bouquet option with few suggestions since the Covid-19 situation makes sourcing specific flowers challenging. My mother received the bouquet and was SO pleased with them! She adores the arrangement and the vase that was selected, too! Pittsburg Florist did an amazing job of making my mom's Mother's Day special during a time when I am not able to be present and do so myself. I had a fantastic experience thanks to Vanessa. I placed an order for flowers and noticed the delivery date showed Friday instead of Thursday (possibly a system issue or even my own mistake). I emailed to check if it could be delivered on Thursday, and Vanessa kindly responded just after closing time, apologising as they had been very busy towards the end of the day—which I completely understood. Even though the shop had already finished for the day, Vanessa went above and beyond to make sure the flowers were delivered as needed. That kind of dedication and care is rare, and I truly appreciate the effort she put in. I usually order from here for my family in the US (as I’m based in London), and this experience just reassures me that I’ve chosen the right place. Highly recommend!
