Edible Arrangements

SO EMBARRASSED AND DISAPPOINTED!! I put in my Mother's Day order on May 5th. When I called to ask for an estimate time for delivery I was told there was no more Mother's Day balloons and no more flowers! Why wasn't inventory checked to ensure the demand could be met?!?! Then I was told the flowers would be replaced with roses to make up for it and I said an "I love you" balloon would suffice. They sent flowers, not roses, and they were dead and wilted. The person I spoke said to me "I'm sorry they werent to your standards". Lady, it shouldn't be your standard to operate this way!!! This was such an embarrassment!! Anyone that thought it was acceptable to send dead flowers should be ashamed of themselves. Terrible way do business and an embarassment to the franchise! Never ordering again! UPDATE: The melons and cantaloupe where inedible as they where too hard to bite into. They where thrown out. Therefore, the entire order was a total fail!

Hooray! Hooray! Ramesh was a gem to work with! I had an occasion in Laguna Beach and wanted to send my 85 year old friend a fruit basket. She was so helpful with suggestions and ideas. I was calling from Wyoming! She was so patient and worked with me, on the phone, to find the prefect arrangement. Thank you Ramesh! You're a real asset to Edible Arrangements!

I just had the pleasure of speaking to the NEW manager of edible arrangements in Rancho Santa Margarita. Her name is Ramesh. I ordered an arrangement and she was kind enough to send me a video of the finished product. It was visually stunning and the quality of the fruits looked exceptional. It is evident that Ramesh and her team are dedicated to provide nothing but the best for their customers. I highly recommend giving them a try for your next special occasion or gift.

I ordered the sweet moments strawberry and chocolate box and twelve fresh cookies for my daughter’s birthday. I didn’t receive what I ordered. I received just strawberries kind of dipped in chocolate, they looked pathetic, the cookies definitely were not fresh baked, they were hard as a rock. I called customer service, the store was supposed to get back to me within 24 hours, however that didn’t happen. Called again supposed to hear back. We’ll see. You decide deny the photos!

***August 2nd, 2025 Visit Update*** Ramesh comes through again with yet another delectable sort of Beautiful Treats!! This time she made me a her wonderful NEW 6-Pack Assorted Cupcake Mix of both Vanilla and Chocolate Flavors. I can tell each one was carefully thought-out and put together. From the designs, to the toppings to the taste!! I received: (1) Celebration Cupcake (1) Vanilla Caramel Waffle Cone Cupcake (1) Old Fashioned Sundae Cupcake (1) Double Chocolate Cupcake (1) Signature Strawberry Cupcake (1) Tuxedo Chocolate Cookie Cupcake I particularly enjoyed the Vanilla Ones over the Chocolate designs, as the chocolate was a bit rich for my taste. My favorite would have to be the Celebration Cupcake and the Vanilla Caramel Waffle Cone Cupcake!! I recommend trying those!! Thank you, Ramesh, for taking the time and effort and love to make such a beautiful creation for me to enjoy! I highly recommended anyone who likes treats to work with Ramesh directly. She’s more than happy to accommodate you! ***June 2nd Original Review*** Adrianna was the one working this Sunday and she was so helpful! I received a FREE coupon to try one of Edible Arrangements Chocolate Dipped Fruit Cones. This is my second time trying Edible Arrangements and my GOSH! They're so good! When I first arrived, I let Adrianna know I had a coupon and I asked her if she had any Dipped Cones available. She said she did but asked if I could return to the store in about 10 minutes when they were ready. No problem! I came back and after she assisted me, she provided me very knowledgeable information about Edible Arrangements, their products, their practices and their policies. I asked if I could mix my cone with Apples and Strawberries, but she said that due to it being a slow day, she only had Strawberries. She let me know that because each store of EA stocks their fruit daily according to expected traffic for the day, the fruit is fresh daily and I would have to come during the week for a mixed one. I really appreciated her kindness and understanding. She let me know much more info, so I wanted to recognize her Customer Service and going above and beyond. She even added a few more strawberries because the cup she gave me is bigger than the cone size. So I was really grateful to God and her for these extra treats to try!! Now, as far as the Strawberries??? 6/5 Delicious, sweet and hit the spot!!!! I highly recommend trying them out. I know this won't be my last time eating them!
