We found Kiku Floral after seeing their work featured on our wedding venue’s Instagram from a previous venue. After reaching out, they quickly sent me an estimate based on photos I sent from Instagram and Pinterest. Their prices were very reasonable for the quality. They were able to work with our budget, and the pricing came in under what we had budgeted. Kiku Floral even provided the vases and center piece items (wood rounds and votive candles). This made things so easy as we were from out of town and it was nice to not have to lug additional decorations. During our consultation, Lorrie presented the center piece flowers and it was exactly what I wanted. Lorrie always responded to emails extremely quickly and was kind and very knowledgable. On our wedding day, all of our floral were absolutely stunning and exactly my dream. They even added some florals to our wedding cake, which was not originally planned, but it looked perfect. You will not be disappointed when you hire Kiku Floral for your wedding.

First time ordering flowers from here and let me tell you I will order again! I had ordered tulips and they didn’t have what I wanted but they went above and beyond with the flowers they delivered! Loved them!! This shop has been the go-to spot for my partner to purchase beautiful bouquets for me. There was a bit of a mix-up on the last order placed years ago (unfortunately, my flowers were delivered to the wrong location. This never happened before, as my partner was a loyal returning customer), and I was extremely sad as I waited for flowers that never arrived. Upon notifying Kiku, they apologized profusely, refunded the order, and went above and beyond by sending a HUGE and beautiful bouquet the following day to my workplace just to say sorry. The only reason he's stopped ordering was because I was placed on medical leave soon thereafter (and had to stop working). $ was tight, so I asked him to stop buying anything for me since. They are hands down the best floral shop. I miss receiving flowers from them dearly and often reminisce on all the bouquets I've received. My partner and I often talk about their exceptional service and eye for beautiful arrangements (literally talked about them a week ago, and usually at least 6+ times a year!). We both highly recommend Kiku!
