I went to Juanita's looking for flowers for my brothers funeral. Never been in there before. The person who waited on me was great. When I arrived at the funeral, I saw the flowers they were absolutely beautiful. Thank you for doing a great job
I called Juanita's Flower Shop because I wanted to send a flower arrangement to a friend who had recently undergone surgery. To be honest, I almost didn't call. I was unsure about getting an arrangement that would live up to what I had in mind and not cost me more than I could afford. After all is said and done, I'm so glad I called! The florist I spoke with was enthusiastic and so helpful. I described what I envisioned, and she steered me in the right direction. We ended up collaborating on a lovely arrangement (see pic) that combined live succulents with flowers. The price was absolutely fair, and the service was exceptional: friendly consultation, quality product, and same-day delivery. I highly recommend Juanita's. Oh, and so would my friend, who absolutely loves the gift! : )
Incredible work done at an exceptionally reasonable price. Juanita’s did my grandmothers sympathy flowers and I had a very specific request to only use deep red roses and calla lilies as those were my grandmothers favorite, and they absolutely delivered!!! The arrangements got so many compliments. They were the absolute perfect send off. Thank you so much to the whole team at Juanita’s for such beautiful work.
I called from Canada looking to have a flower delivered locally in Richmond. Juanita's customer service was unparalleled. Obviously, because of the distance, I was unable to pick and choose so they generously texted me photos to allow me to select exactly what I needed. I was promised a one-day delivery (on Saturday!!) as this was a last minute gift and they even offered to write me a card which was very thoughtful given the time constraint. They truly went above and beyond to make this happen for me and I'm so grateful.
A wonderful experience they created a boutonniere and corsage for my son and I since we were attending a Mommy and Prince dance. Very responsive via DM and also helped me with alternative changes when it came to how the color came out.
