I recently placed an order with this flower shop for a funeral arrangement. I found the business on Instagram and decided to support it based on mutual followers and the beautiful photos displayed on the page. I provided a photo of the arrangement I wanted, and the florist assured me it would be done beautifully. However, I was asked to pay the full amount upfront, which I found unusual — especially as a business owner myself. I typically only require a deposit from my clients. While I respect that every business has its own policies, paying the full $250 in advance without a prior relationship raised some concerns. When the arrangement was picked up, it also did not resemble the photo I originally provided. The final product didn’t reflect the level of quality or attention to detail that was promised, and certainly not for the price. The photos shown on social media don’t accurately reflect the service I received. One of the most disappointing parts of the experience was the ribbon. She asked if I wanted the ribbon styled like it was in the photo I sent, and I responded with the specific wording I wanted printed on it. Unfortunately, I believe there was a miscommunication, because instead of the requested message, the ribbon ended up saying “Brother” — something I never asked for. That detail was extremely important to me, and it was frustrating to see that it had been overlooked, especially after I had clearly communicated what I wanted. This was especially upsetting given the emotional nature of the occasion. While I understand that no two arrangements will look exactly alike, I expected a closer match to what was discussed — both visually and in the messaging on the ribbon. I won’t be placing another order in the future.

I had an incredible experience with Fancy Arrangements Florist for my wedding anniversary bouquet. I chose two dozen sunflowers and two dozen red roses, and the bouquet was the biggest and most beautiful I've ever seen. My wife loved the vibrant and blossoming sunflowers, she loves Sunflowers. The location is less than 2 miles near the Mission Inn and convenient, and though I picked up the bouquet to save on delivery fees which was $25 I would definitely order from them again.
