This is my favorite Grocery store to go to and I have a great experience usually. Today was very different My family and I only went in for some items and had used 3 bags I brought from home, already bagged them up and had them ready. when they got to scanning the cashier got the bags and lifted them up and had all the items drop out of the bags with no care. Chips were getting smashed by other heavy items and onions were thrown out of the green bag they were in and rolling around on the nasty counter. The cashier was rude in the fact of not caring about the customers items and dropping them from the bag high up enough to break items. Seems like Linda the cashier was in a rush and didn't care about being nice or about the items being dropped from the bags. Will be avoiding her line from now on. The rest of the staff was great.
Have had poor customer service multiple times. Staters needs a self checkout. Lines too long. They do call people up promptly, but still is an issue. Likely more traffic because eos put a gym next door. Only go here when you have to. Its gone down hill recently.
Always a great shopping experience. Efficient and friendly staff. When the lines are long and it gets busy, they don’t hesitate to open up more lines to avoid making people wait. Fresh produce, great meats, reasonable prices.
Love going to Staters. They always have most everything I need. Fresh produce. Great Meat prices. Lines sometimes backed up, but no hesitation from staff to open up more lanes. Love managers for their great service support. Love the service from the courtesy clerks. One specific was Nathan. Came and helped me to my car and put my stuff away nicely with care
Okay this is the Disney World of Stater Brothers stores! This place is like no other Staters I’ve been in. And I’ve been in at least a dozen or more stores. To get from the front to the back has to be over 40 yards. You have to check this place out if you’re in the area. The store is way in the back of the shopping center.
