I used to shop here a lot when I was with my ex. Now it's just me when I'm in town. I recently re-visited this location looking for old friendly faces, everybody moves on. It is nice to find parking relatively close to the main entrance. I really appreciate that. What I don't appreciate is the drain by the main door, the other day I was carrying an energy drink under my arm and it slipped and rolled right down the drain. I was so embarrased and I have not yet recovered lol That didn't stop me from getting some flowers there this morning for work. Seasoned workers, looks nice and very well stocked. I like this place a lot.

Dear Vons Management, My name is Ivan and my wife and I are always here at Vons. We love how clean the store is and management is always there to make sure that the store is clean and safe. On October 18th around 2:15pm, I went to Vons to buy fried chicken with my children and the older woman that was handling the food, was very rude. She is the face of store when she is behind the counter. I understand it’s a Saturday and maybe she wants to be with her family or is having a bad day, but she should have let her manager know that she did not want to be there. We felt very uncomfortable and what made it more uncomfortable was that I was with my children. I hope this can be addressed to help improve future customer experiences for all! Thank you.

Great store. Needed more cashiers. 3 cashier Lines open 5 to 8 people deep. Self serve was 10 -12 people deep.

Always the best with outstanding service. Staff are very very polite. The store is very clean and organized. Staff with a smile are very helpful and knowledgeable. Vons is my go to store...cause I feel like they care about patrons shopping experience. And yes meat vegetable and bakery are truly fresh ....all with customers in mind. The worlds best!

So I had a problem with Western Union, I will never use Western Union again. I was trying to send a little over $2,000, I got a confirmation number and everything that it had been sent. But then I get a text from Western Union saying they need to talk to me to get more information. yet when I was on the phone I couldn't understand the guy, cuz he talked to monotone, very low low speech and slurring his words. ended up telling me I needed to go get a refund the Walgreens where I purchase the Western Union, walgreens wouldn't refund me over $2,000 so then I ended up at Vons, that's where they told me to go and thank God for Lydia and I think his name is Rich or Richard and another lady. I didn't get her name. But they were able to help me with the refund and they had an idea that actually worked. I didn't think it was going to work the way my day was going. Thanks to Vons and Lydia and her co-workers, I was able to make this payment where it needed to go. I am so grateful for them. Thank you so much so much for putting your heads together and coming up with a solution to my situation with Western Union. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
