I’ve used this flower shop for years and recommended them to family, friends, and neighbors — but after this experience, I’ll never use them again. I specifically called (instead of ordering online) because I needed flowers delivered before noon on a certain day. They confirmed multiple times it would be done. On delivery day, I got a voicemail just 30 minutes before noon saying they couldn’t make it in time. First, they blamed the flowers arriving late. Then, when I called, they blamed the delivery drivers. The story kept changing. When I explained my frustration, the woman on the phone hung up on me. When I called back, she denied it, talked over me, and told me they “did really good” because the flowers arrived at 12:04 — which was after my daughter had already left for work. She even claimed I should’ve been charged extra for a timed delivery (which was never mentioned when I ordered). On top of that, they left the bouquet in plain sight of the road instead of where I had asked, forcing me to get a neighbor to pick it up. The surprise for my daughter was ruined, and the whole experience was rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever had. No apology, just blame-shifting and attitude. After years of loyalty, I’m done. If you value reliability, honesty, and respect, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
I got married in October 2024 and was in need of a beautiful bridal bouquet! I wanted to support local as well so I contacted Bartlett and the whole process was so smooth. I sent them some inspo pics, told them the must haves from flower preference and they executed beautifully all while keeping me within my budget! Couldn’t recommend this shop enough. So talented and the customer service is great.
Received the most beautiful bouquet of flowers. They were hand delivered by a very friendly person and were wrapped so beautifully. The colors are stunning and were easy to put in a vase. Looking forward to purchasing from them in the future!
