I used Forever Peaceful Events as my day of coordinator and florist. However they were so much more than just day of. Kaitlin was so helpful leading up to our wedding. I was planning from across the country and she really helped make my somewhat scattered vision come to life. I am not picky or decisive which was probably her worst nightmare and she understood me. I didn’t give her much direction with my florals and the day of they completely took my breath away!

We hired Kaitlin and Forever Peaceful Events for our wedding coordinator and florals, and we couldn’t have been happier! She kept our day running smoothly and on-time, gave us helpful planning resources leading up to the day, and set up all our decor just as we imagined. The florals were SO beautiful, I sent inspiration photos of the bouquets and arrangements and they turned out even better than I imagined! Our wedding was the best day thanks to Kaitlin, and having her as our coordinator was one of the best decisions we made. Would highly recommend to anyone planning a wedding!

Kaitlin with Forever Peaceful Events was absolutely great to work with. I hired her as my florist for my January wedding. She also does wedding coordinating, and her care and detail toward making sure I was stress-free and happy with all of the floral arrangements really spoke for her coordinator services (even though she wasn’t my coordinator.) She went above and beyond and everything was gorgeous. There were major weather disruptions that moved my venue the week of the wedding and a few plans went out the door but she made sure every arrangement was repurposed and made up for the losses that were out of our hands. Highly recommend!

One of the best decisions I made during wedding planning was hiring Kaitlin as my wedding coordinator and florist! She was diligent and proactive during the planning process as well as the wedding day. We had a major family emergency a day before the wedding - Kaitlin showed so much empathy and care by being flexible and thoughtful despite all the last minute changes. It was her first Pakistani American wedding and I really appreciate how she accommodated and coordinated our cultural customs. Also, everyone LOVED the florals she created, the floral colors and arrangements were fresh and vibrant! They really added a special touch to the entire event. While looking for a wedding planner for our daughter’s wedding we looked up ‘YELP’ as we wanted to support a local business. Kaitlin from ‘Forever Peaceful Events’ stood out. We hired Kaitlin and signed up for ‘Top Tier’ coordination services. Kaitlin guided us through the whole wedding planning process and was on top of every little detail. She helped us get organized and had GREAT vendor recommendations. Kaitlin was attuned to my daughter’s vision of what she wanted her wedding to look like. Kaitlin is also an AMAZING florist! Her floral arrangements exceeded our imagination. The week of the wedding Kaitlin took charge completely, contacting all vendors and making sure they are aware of the wedding timeline. She bargained with vendors to get us better prices helping us stay within our budget. On the day of the wedding she executed the timeline to the T. We could enjoy our daughter’s wedding stress-free thanks to Kaitlin. She took care of the setup -and everything looked beautiful!-as well as the teardown for both the wedding ceremony and the reception. Guests noticed and complimented us on the timeliness and perfect execution of the wedding. Thank you Kaitlin for helping us to give our daughter the wedding of her dreams!
