Tried calling a live person. I was told to go use website , its better. Couldnt answer simple question without asking someone else. I decided to try anothet florist
Very disappointing product and service. The gift basket they delivered was no where near as grand as the one shown on their website. When we called to discuss this they were not helpful and seemed to not be aware of what was delivered. For the price we paid, we would appreciate much better customer service. We cannot recommend Just Bloom.
Good quality fresh flowers and delivered as expected. Photo of what I ordered on their website on the left and what I got on the right. I paid less because I wanted the smaller size and just bloom met my expectations. It was easy to order, I got a confirmation email for the order and got a delivery confirmation email as well.
