Katie made the most BEAUTIFUL bouquets and pocket squares for my fall wedding. They were the perfect pop of color. I inquired with many florists as Katie was by far the most reasonable and absolutely delivered on quality.

I was looking for a floral arrangements place. I found Botanic on google. I went on their website and their Sympathy Bouquet caught my attention. I immediately called and a girl by the name of Hannah responded and took my order over the phone and from the beginning things started off wrong... Hannah immediately tried to upsell me the same bouquet advertised on their website for $150 at an XL size for $200. When I corrected her that the price was $150, she didn't make any effort to apologize for the correction. Instead, she made a snarky comment and replied "So you have a smaller budget?" At that point I should have hung up and ran lol but I really had to get my friend who's father just passed these flowers! I don't know about anyone who's reading this, but $150 for a bouquet of flowers is not a low budget purchase. Moreover, I placed my order with Hannah over the phone. When I came to their store to pick them up I was in for another disappointing surprise. The bouquet they had prepared was nothing as advertised. Naturally, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and asked them if they had given me someone else's order. Instead, they doubled down and said that it was a "Designer's Choice". This was so insulting to me because as a flower conesieur (what women doesn't love flowers!) the flowers they had arranged in the initial bouquet were a downgrade from what I had paid for. The picture of the boquet I ordered shows 2 stems hydrangeas, and 2 stems of orchids which are my absolute favorite and probably the main reason I purchased the bouquet in the first place! The woman assisting me (I didn't ask if she was Hannah) told me she would rearrange the bouquet and make it just like the picture. I had to wait for 10 mins and when I returned I came back for another disappointing surprise. When I returned this time, it was missing its damn ribbon along with the cardboard holder. I can't prove if she did this out of spite but it was really upsetting! I'm really not one to leave new businesses a bad review (my parents own a small business and I know you can make mistakes) however I felt compelled to write this review because I gave them several opportunities to make things right, but clearly they didn't care enough to do so. I hope they read my review and change their business practice for the better. Also, I brought receipts with pictures below: Picture #1: as advertised-the Sympathy Bouquet in XL Picture #2: The first bouquet they gave me that resembled nothing like the picture. Picture #3: The second bouquet they gave me.

We booked with Botanic for our wedding and Katie did an absolutely incredible job. I asked for pastel multi-colored wildflowers with pops of blue and little white daisies, and shared with her my pinterest board. She completely nailed my vision, and brought such artistry and whimsy to the arrangements! Every time I looked at my bouquet I would find a new, interesting flower to obsess over. In addition, Katie was pleasant to work with: she was always quick to respond, and was flexible in amending a line in the contract upon our request. Her delivery person was prompt and friendly on the wedding day. I would definitely recommend booking with Botanic for your wedding!

Hands down the best florist I’ve ever been to! There’s a huge range of price points for all budgets that are equally beautiful — I was shocked that even the $15-20 bouquets (in a vase!) were stunning. I asked for something custom that was whimsical, weird, and wild, for my mom’s birthday and what I got was phenomenal. Super reasonable prices and beautiful artistry. This will be my new florist for sure! 😍🌼

Jett and Katie, the owners, are the sweetest humans, so helpful, creative, and clearly passionate about what they do.
