Honestly dissapointed with this florist shop. I order the birthday cake arrangement for a friend who passed away. They gave me this arrangement which looks nothing like the picture on their website.
Didn’t receive what was ordered at all. My god father has Parkinson’s and I wanted to surprise his wife with flowers for their 51st anniversary by sending flowers from him. The bouquet was called “Love of my Life” and she loves carnations, so I thought it was perfect. She liked them and was surprised, but she sent a picture and they look nothing like what actually was ordered. I was disappointed for her. Pictures of what was ordered and what was delivered. It’s not awful just not what I picked after seeing photos. Definitely doesn’t scream love of my life…

They don’t even deserve a one star. STAY AWAY from this so called Florist. The worst flowers I have ever received from a florist! My friend ordered a beautiful flower arrangement with white daisies and purple roses in a purple vase. I received white, yellow, and purple daisies; 3 pink carnations (one was broken); and one small lily (welted and old) in a clear dollar store vase, it did not look like the picture at all!!! Not even close!!! It looked like the ugliest bouquet in a discount drug store!!!! The flowers looked horrible, didn’t look anything like the picture, and they forgot to include senders name!!! I called Sharma’s Florist, a lady answered and told me the flowers came from a florist in Nevada and they didn’t include senders name, WHAT???? She lied and pretended they didn’t send the flowers themselves . So I called the florist in Nevada, store didn’t exist and call was transferred to Teleflora. Teleflora gave me the senders name after getting permission from the sender, I was on hold for more than 30 minutes just because Sharma’s was too lazy to do the simplest thing and include a card. 1- Before calling Teleflora and knowing how the arrangement should look like, I texted a picture of my flowers to Sharma’s Florist, she responded “ Oops, I’m sorry. Seems the flowers got smooshed with other flowers. That’s why Lily‘s got damaged. We will contact the Flower shop to have them fix it for you. Thank you.” 2- After finding out what the original order was (sender sent me the order details), I texted Sharma’s Florist again, sent pictures and asked them to provide a replacement. They did not even respond. Sharma’s Florist is dishonest. How could they call themselves a professional florist and send this terrible arrangement to anyone?? And then lie about it. They are unprofessional and unethical. I felt so bad for the sender. My friend must have spent a lot of money on what they thought they were sending and I got a $15 , ugly, half dead arrangement from Sharma’s Florist instead.
Was looking for a last-minute florist to make a corsage and boutonniere. What a great find! Sharma's florist was great! They had both ready in less than 24 hours and they came out beautiful! This was a beautiful addition for an amazing Homecoming night! Highly recommended! Thank you, and we will be back again! (Flowers were beautiful and fresh when we pick it up but this picture is after a long night at homecoming. I was able to finally get a picture)
