Just finished completing my order after having a difficult time with another location. Jazmine helped and she was amazing! She was patient, helpful, friendly and understanding - especially after what I experienced at the other location. Get your orders in through the University location if you can, you'll be well taken care of. Fingers crossed the delivery goes just as well as my experience with Jazmine!!
Had the best experience the eve of Father's Day. After order was placed, I received a call to let me know to pick up my order by 4 pm due to store hours and they will bring it to my car. When I dialed in GPS for location I didn't realize I would arrive @ 4 pm without traffic. I called them and the kind lady must have heard panic in my voice. She said don't worry we will wait for you. I called Ms. Annie at 4:05 when I arrived and she met me at my car. She was the most pleasant and friendly person and took the time to ask me if I would like a sample of anything (who does that after they close) I kindly declined. It is rare to get superior service in the majority of businesses today and I was very thankful for her. Thank you Annie you proved there are great people still working who are passionate in customer service. You deserve 10 stars! BTW my husband ate his beautiful, tasty arrangement in one sitting, it must have been delicious!
Only delivered part of my order. apparently the delivery guy was hungry because the birthday sweets and message didn't make it to the reciepeint despite "guaranteed delivery". The management hasn't bothered to respond to my complaint or to rectify the situation. Super expensive for poor service.
Did not deliver arrangement as described. When I called they made multiple excuses. When I asked for them to deliver what I paid $120+ for the manager said no. He called my recipient twice to harass them for positive feedback. I was appalled! So unprofessional, embarrassing and shameful!
UPDATE: I tried reaching out again…. Still NO response ….. BUYER BE WARNED!!! This is for the University location only! I received this on Monday, March 24, 2025 in the afternoon for my birthday. Delivery man left on porch & never rang doorbell. Thank goodness the dog alerted me there was something outside. These pictures were taken on Thursday…3 days later. I did contact the corporate office. They assured me someone would contact me within 24-48 hours. That was 4 days ago…. I’m heartbroken for my friend who thought she was giving me a fun surprise for my birthday. Buyer Beware….. Take your business elsewhere!
